About Ramboll and PMO Digital Delivery Transport

Ramboll is a leading architecture, engineering, and consulting company that develops sustainable infrastructure and future societies. Within the Transport business area, we work on effective and long-term solutions that enhance mobility across the country.

At PMO Digital Delivery Transport, we lead the digital project execution at the forefront. We are responsible for the structure of projects through data coordination, BIM, and digital project management, focusing on quality, traceability, and smart working methods.

Digital Delivery is part of our Project Management Office, PMO, where we are responsible for the deliveries in our large and complex infrastructure assignments across the country. We also support Ramboll Transport's smaller assignments where digital project management is required.

We are now looking for more employees with experience in the role of Digital Project Manager / Data Coordinator, preferably based in Stockholm.

A Key Role in Our Projects

As a Digital Project Manager / Data Coordinator, you are a central figure throughout the project's lifecycle, from initiation to design and all the way to final delivery. You contribute structure, quality, and standards that create stability and security in our assignments.

You:

  • Drive quality in digital information and ensure order and clarity from day one
  • Follow the project through the design process and support the disciplines in daily work
  • Ensure that the project team follows common routines, standards, and delivery requirements
  • Play a key role in final deliveries where you check that everything is delivered correctly, completely, and according to the client's requirements

About the Role

As a Digital Project Manager / Data Coordinator, you will be a key person in how the project's digital information is structured, quality assured, and delivered. You work closely with project management, discipline leaders, BIM roles, and clients, ensuring that the project team uses digital platforms effectively and correctly. The role includes support, coordination, and control throughout the project's lifecycle.

You are involved in all phases of the projects and are responsible for:

  • Setting up and administering digital project areas and design platforms, including structure for files, metadata, and naming conventions
  • Ensuring that data, documents, and models are managed according to project requirements, routines, layer structures, coordinate systems, and digital standards
  • Developing and further refining manuals, templates, and working methods for digital project management and information management
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing inbound and outbound deliveries to client areas and internal delivery areas, as well as ensuring that exchanges meet the project's digital requirements
  • Conducting quality checks of files, metadata, structure, format, and model-related content with a focus on traceability and delivery quality
  • Supporting the disciplines in exporting and delivering models, drawings, drawing files, templates, and object libraries
  • Providing training, guidance, and ongoing support in the project's digital tools (e.g., ProjectWise, ACC, Chaos Desktop) and ensuring that the project group has the right digital competence
  • Contributing to the development of effective information flows both in the projects and within our internal Digital Delivery organization

Who We Are Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in data coordination, digital project management, or a similar role within infrastructure, construction, or industry
  • Experience with document or project management systems such as ProjectWise, ACC, Chaos Desktop, or similar
